How Do You Get Keep The Quality Of Pictures When You Upload It On Myspace?

Whenever I upload a picture on myspace, the quality always comes out bad. I have seen some people with really nice quality pictures, which look like my original before I upload the pics. How do they do that?

Save it as a .png or jpg and it’s best to downsize the picture to fit there recommedations.http://www.myputerdr.com/index.html

its much better quality
